APPX License Terms
APPX Software products in version 4.x and earlier required an Authorized Sublicense Agreement (if obtained through an APPX Reseller) or a Direct License Agreement (if obtained directly from APPX Software, Inc). For any installations of those versions without such agreements, the License for Previous Versions below shall apply.
Beginning with APPX Release 5.0.0, the APPX Software License Agreement is presented to the Licensee upon installation of the software. Full text of the Software License Agreement for each version may be accessed via the following links:
