APPX Software Shared RedHat booth at LinuxWorld
Jacksonville, Florida (September 5, 2001) - APPX Software, Inc. was one of four exhibiting partners sharing space at the RedHat booth, during the LinuxWorld Conference and Expo in San Francisco, California. The event, which drew about 20,000 attending professionals, ran August 28-30, at the Moscone Convention Center in the City By The Bay.
APPX personnel were on site, demonstrating our product and distributing free copies of software, as part of our APPX For Linux Promotion. APPX is offering a free, full-featured, single-user, single-designer license for APPX on Linux, including demo and tutorial applications, to all interested individuals. While name recognition for APPX is a primary goal of this promotion, it is also designed to increase the base of APPX users and programmers worldwide, and support our claim as The Premier Development and Runtime Environment for Business Application Software in the Linux universe.
RedHat, Inc. is recognized as the world's leading distributor of the Linux operating system.
